Would you or I shut the door on a begging mother in need for caring for her sick child?. No, not likely we say.

Yet, health care workers are faced with operating a private clinic and face decisions that might mean telling a begging patient to go somewhere else.

I can hear the cries of the babies. Who hears the cries of the healthcare workers who must close doors to the poor?
